The total area of the fenced enclosure is 3,264 sq ft. The water surface area of the swimming pool is about 760 sq ft and the pool perimeter will be about 116 ft, and 20,098 gallons of water. Work to include: reinforced concrete swimming pool (pool walls and floor), a concrete stairway to serve the pool, two pool laders, handrails, a pool lift accessible to the disabled, and pool equipment. The occupant load of pool and pool deck was used to calculate plumbing fixtures for the clubhouse building, and the perimeter fence barrier and exiting was constructed under BLD17-04632 (plans attached for reference). Pool gates are required to have illuminated exit signs and panic hardware. Special Inspection required for all post-installed anchors.
