(OLD DOMINION FREIGHT LINE) To construct an 18,575 square feet addition to an existing one-story office and warehouse building and related site improvements. **Special Inspections** are required for the structural steel, welding, post-installed concrete anchors, and wind resistance per the attached form #310. This building will be constructed with concrete panel exterior walls and a pre-engineered metal building roof structure. Permit to include the concrete exterior walls, pre-engineered metal roof, light gauge metal framed interior walls, doors, new men’s and women’s restrooms, replacement of existing plumbing fixtures at existing office area, new office area, new storage/janitors closet, service bay doors, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The warehouse addition will have a ten-foot metal overhang over the loading dock areas. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **JHB**
