Work to include: removal of select chimneys to below roof deck, removal of select parapet wall, removal of mechanical curb and reset existing rooftop HVAC unit onto new curb, removal of old roofing and install new roof coverings, removal of select roof coping cap and reinstall new roof coping cap, select repairs of the exterior wall mortar joints, construction of exterior parapet walls per engineering design, new existing canopy supports per engineering design, repair select sagging trusses per engineering design, new roof deck sheathing overlay per engineering design, new HVAC curb structural supports per engineering design and select new cement panel exterior siding.
