(FIESTA CHICKEN – KITCHEN REMODEL AND OCCUPANCY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To prepare an existing 2,950 square foot building for a new restaurant tenant. This building was formerly occupied by “Wendy’s Restaurant”. Work is to include a new Type I grease hood, a new roof top make-up air unit, and kitchen equipment. At least one existing Type I grease hood will be abandoned in place with the roof top exhaust fan removed. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this new tenant in this building. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The grease hood fire suppression system is required to comply with all applicable codes and standards as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
