(TRINITY HEALTH – SUITE #130) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,980 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, the vacant tenant space created under BLD19-01899 is to be 1,016 sq. ft. and the remaining 964 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces and create a breakroom. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **MDH**
