(ALLSTATE INSURANCE) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To create a 1,400 square insurance office space within an existing tenant space. This tenant was formerly “VSquared” under permit BLD17-01266 but the final inspection was never completed and a certificate of occupancy was never issued. The last legal occupancy of this space was occupied by Epitome Home and Garden BLD04-00283. Work is to include installation of handrails at an existing ramp. The shared restrooms are landlocked from an existing condtion that was permitted when the building was first constructed in 1989 under the 1985 UBC. The landlocked restrooms are permitted to remain under this permit. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. **JHB**
