This building is fully fire sprinklered with a fire alarm system. Permit to remove existing 165 square foot patio wall and structure located on the back (alley) side of an existing bar. Work to inlculde: demolition of the patio roof and wall structure. The existing concrete pad shall remain for accessibility from elevator to rear entry along the alley. The demolition of this patio structure was originally noted on the approved plans for BLD14-01989. The patio roof and wall structure was never removed under this permit before it was finaled. This permit includes these original drawings “FOR REFERENCE ONLY” to illustrate the scope of work for the demolition. All demolition shall be per the approved plans from BLD14-01989. **JHB**
