(MADRIL SALON) Permit is to combine an existing 1,413 sq. ft. vacant tenant space (created under BLD15-02173) with the adjacent 1,561 sq. ft. vacant tenant space (created under BLD15-02174) to create a new salon tenant space that is 2,974 sq. ft. within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select exterior rear door, removal of select drinking fountain, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, a wax room, a barber room, a break room, a wash/color bar area, salon areas and a waiting/reception area, new door/door frames, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
