To demolish Two Commercial prefabricated buildings, a canopy, underground storage tanks, backfill and pavement/asphalt removal at above location in accordance with owner's agreement and $95,000 Bond on file. An operational fire permit with the Boise City Fire department is required for the underground tanks.
This permit is issued subject to inspector's approval of the sewer cap and site preparation prior to any grading or filling. Note: The Environmental Protection Agency must be notified 10 working days in advance for all renovations that disturb 260 lineal feet/160 square feet/35 cubic feet of asbestos containing materials.
