(WELLS FARGO - REVOLVING DOORS) This building is fire sprinkled for area increase. This is a scope of work permit only. Certificate of completion to be issued upon final inspection approval. Permit to remodel a lobby area of an existing 111,500 sqft office building. Work to include: remove existing revolving interior security doors, install new revolving security doors with side hinged doors, construct 1-hour rated walls with 20 minute rated doors 102B and 104, non-structural interior storefront partition with repairs and modifications made to existing lighting and finishes. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans and code alternate. Code alternate approved for emergency shutoff button location. See documents for details. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
