(DYNAMIC RANGE LABS - BANNER BANK BUILDING - 8th STORY UNIT 800) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 4,220 sq. ft. business space on the 8th story of a high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removing existing non-structural walls and a sink. Installing new interior non-bearing walls using the NXTWALL System to create (1) office, Reception Area, Storage Room, (3) small Meeting Rooms, (1) Conference Room, Break Room (with sink, dishwasher and fridge) and an Open Office work space. Electrical and mechanical to be relocated as shown, interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Previous tenant was "Enviroissues" under permit BLD12-02757. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **BJM**
