(GEOENGINEERS – RIVER QUARRY BUILDING C – 3RD STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area and story increase. To remodel an existing 3,121 square foot tenant space located on the 3rd story of an existing building for an office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, a new door and sidelight in an existing nonrated corridor, millwork, and finishes. The existing suspended acoustical ceiling will be maintained. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
