(FURNITURE ROW) Permit is to remodel the exterior of the exiting furniture row building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select exterior finishes, removal of select exterior framing, removal of select exterior glass canopy, removal of select exterior timber and log lumber, removal of select exterior window/glazing and relocate select windows, removal of select exterior lighting, construction of exterior framing attached to existing exterior framing per design engineering and select new exterior finishes. Note: separate sign permit required. This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
