Note: This building was constructed in 2008 using the 2006 IBC under BLD08-00595. This is a scope of work permit only; A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans and engineering on file. Work to include: removal of existing pilaster at which time an additional structural inspection must be completed to verify extent of damage to the building.
