**(SHOE SHOW - BTS SPACE #2028)** Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,806 square foot retail sales tenant space in the Boise Town Square Mall Building. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Payless Shoe Source” (microfiche #940134). A permit was issued under BLD11-01618 to modify the storefront entry. Building framing passed inspection but final inspection was never completed. Field verify completion of work. Racks or shelving that exceeds 8 feet in height require a separate permit. This building has a fire sprinkler system because it is required for mall buildings. The smoke-control system is required to be maintained operational as originally approved. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. **JAR**
