A fire sprinkler system is installed within a portion of this building. To remodel an existing 1,773 square foot tenant space within an existing 10,700 square foot building. Work is to include a toilet room upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, a suspended acoustical ceiling, a gypsum board ceiling, a service counter and back counter food preparation area, an interior wall infill, sloped floor transitions, and finishes. The proposed work does not affect the existing Certificate of Occupancy for “Zeppole Baking Company” located in the tenant space next to and on the South side of this tenant space. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
