Remodel shed in back to create a bunk house- Permit for a remodel existing shed to prepare for future ADU. Work to include: 2x8 rafter at 16" o.c. remove garage door and infill with 3 windows, concrete work to bring garage area up and tie into existing slab see sketch, furring exisitng 4x4 studs to insulate bay and adding insulation to roof.
