This tenan space consists of 6,284 sq. ft. main level and a 2,010 sq. ft. basement area used for storage. The basement storage is allowed a single exit with access to two exits on the 1st story. Additional storage in the basement, occupied by others is provided with two existing exits that are required to be maintained. All work per the approved plans.
