Cooler has been removed, dry pendant sprinkler head is still in place, fire sprinkler head needs to be removed, a seperate FIR permit is required for fire sprinkler modifications. Provide annual inspection for fire extinguisher, current tag expires in 3 days from day of life fire safety inspection. Provide signage on the main entry with correct wording reading "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied".
