Cooking appliances were removed for floor replacement, appliances must go back in original locations as discussed for proper hood suppression system coverage. No fire aalrm modifications, fire sprinkler inspection is complete, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags. Final life fire safety inspection complete.

Cooler has been removed, dry pendant sprinkler head is still in place, fire sprinkler head needs to be removed, a seperate FIR permit is required for fire sprinkler modifications. Provide annual inspection for fire extinguisher, current tag expires in 3 days from day of life fire safety inspection. Provide signage on the main entry with correct wording reading "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied".
