**(DEPARTMENT OF VETRANS AFFAIR – SUITE #200)** Permit is to remodel an existing 6,710 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 4,770 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,940 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD19-04253 . Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, select new interior nonbearing walls to create a server room, select wall infill, select millwork, providing tempered glazing at main entry doors of suite, select door hardware replacement, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with quick response sprinkler heads for one-hour fire resistive construction. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
