(NATURAL INTELLIGENCE – BASEMENT – NORTHWEST CORNER) The fire sprinkler system substitutes for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. To remodel an existing 4,293 square foot office tenant space located in the basement of an existing building. This tenant space was formerly occupied by “Idaho Business Review” under permit BLD06-00759. Work is to include removing interior nonbearing walls and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The existing egress system is required to be maintained. The five parcels on this site will be consolidated into one parcel through a separate process. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**

Provide access panels for in-duct smoke detectors. Sprinkler modifications are required in tenant space, multiple heads a less than 6 feet apart, multiple heads are blocked. Sprinkler head in female restroom has paint overspray on bulb as well as a painted upright next to main entry. Any and all modifications to fire sprinkler system requires a seperate permit before work can be started.
