**(JANA’S HAIR CUTTIN’ STORE)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 718 sq. ft. existing barbershop. The existing 718 sq ft office building was converted to a barbershop, Jana's Hair Cuttin' Store, in 1987. Records were found for structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits issued and finaled out in 1987 to remodel the building into a barbershop, but existing plans were not found in records. Business was listed in the Polk Directories starting in 1988. In CUP08-00126 was issued for an expansion to add square footage for additional barber stations and bar, but work was never done. The plan from the CUP was provided by the tenant, with expansion work crossed out. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. **JAR**
