To remodel the kitchen within an existing 4,088 square foot 2 story residential condominium unit (2,505 square foot 1st story and 1,583 square feet 2nd story) located on the 10 story of an existing high-rise building. Work is to include new kitchen cabinets in the same location as the previously installed cabinets, new kitchen counter tops, LED undercabinet lighting, a new vent hood above a new gas and electric range using the previously installed exhaust duct, new appliances, and a new kitchen sink. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
