Permit to repair damage caused by a fire. Scope of work to include; removal of fixtures, cabinets, doors, coverings and gypsum board down to stud walls on interior; remove and replace roof including trusses, sheathing, underlayment and shingles; remove and replace furnace and ductwork; remove and replace electrical, remove and replace windows on Main Level, remove and replace rear deck and stairs. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work to be done as per plans, notes and local codes. ***BJM***
