(THE FOWLER - FIRE REPAIR ABOVE PODIUM - UNITS 320, 420, 520, 620) Repair Permit. A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit for repairs as a result of fire and water damage to an existing apartment building. Any structural members showing any signs of damage are to be replaced including roof trusses, beams and any bearing wall elements. All rated wall assemblies are required to be repaired per the original plans. This building is fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system. Smoke detectors are required to be installed. Carbon monoxide alarms are also required if any fuel burning appliances are installed or present in the structure. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the project. **JAR**
