(PARTNER'S INSULATION – BUILDING B – SUITE #130) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,910 sq. ft. tenant space for office/warehouse use (435 sq. ft. Office + 4,331 sq. ft. Warehouse). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing tenant demising wall, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, a front office and an accessible restroom, new door/door frames, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
