(COLUMBIA BANK SUITE 190 - TENANT IMPROVEMENT) (MAIN AND MARKETPLACE BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for fire area. To remodel an existing 923 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing high rise building for a new food service tenant. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. Permit to remodel an existing 1,415 sqft tenant space in an existing high rise builiding for use as a bank. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Approved signage is required to be posted within this tenant space with directions to the public toilet rooms located on the 1st story. The signage shall state that public toilet rooms are available and shall include the passcode. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. MDH
