Display tables, shelves, and clothing racks will be provided. At least one fitting room accessible to the disabled, with a bench and 5 foot diameter turning space inside the fitting room, is required. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
