Shopko building by dividing it into two separate vacant tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 71,275 sq. ft. (53,212 sq. ft. 1st floor + 18,063 sq. ft. 2nd floor) and the remaining 42,885 sq. ft. vacant tenant space created under BLD20-01013. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of rooftop HVAC and relocate, removal of select exterior CMU wall for new door opening at new fire riser room, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, new exterior door/door frame, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Note: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
