**(VANILLA - BUILDING B - SUITE #134)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 8,742 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant office/warehouse tenant space is to be 3,833 sq. ft. (436 sq. ft. office + 3,313 sq. ft. warehouse) and the remaining 4,850 sq. ft. is to be an occupied office/warehouse tenant space created under BLD20-01145. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing tenant demising wall, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
