(TEMPU-PEDIC – BTS SPACE #1150) //8-11-2020 PLAN MODIFICATION TO SMOKE EVACUATION/FRESH AIR DUCTWORK WITH DAMPERS. Jg// Permit is to remodel an existing 2,194 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. (Demo work done under permit # BLD20-01882). Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls, new accessible restroom, new door/door frames, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. **JG**

Smoke evac system tested and found to be operational. Tagged fire extinguishers installed sticker on door. exit and emergency lighting tested and ok. Needs to provide fire review notes and get sprinkler final. Ok to stock store after these two issues have been resolved.
