A demolition permit was issued earlier. Work is to include about 9 lineal feet of wall with door, door hardware upgrade, and an additional exit sign all per approved drawings and plan check notes on file. A separate electrical permit is required. The maximum occupant load (228) of the assembly areas shall be posted near the main exit.
