This building is not fire sprinkled. To remodel an existing tenant space (1,644 sq. ft.) and prepare it for occupancy as a restaurant. The previous tenant was New World Travel. The mezzanine is to be used for drinking/dining and office use. The total occupant load for the entire tenant space is limited to 49 persons per approval by the Building Director. This total capacity (49) shall be posted in a conspicuous place on an approved sign near the main exit. This permit includes selective demolition.
