To refinish 420 linear feet of corridor to comply with Table's 42-A & B, 1991 UBC. To install 420 linear feet of new suspended ceiling in the corridor below the one hour rated corridor ceiling. To revamp the air conditioning & ventilation of the main nursing wing as indicated on the plans. To construct a 620 square foot storage facility addition to include a new loading dock and ramp. To alter existing interior exit doors by removing doors not need across the corridor or to install opposite swing double doors, with panic hardware, at the locations where the doors are part of the Area Separation walls that cross the corridors. To replace an existing access and egress ramp to comply with ADA requirements. All per approved plans and notes. Separate Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical permits are required.
