Description
To install an automatic fire-extinguishing system throughout an existing parking garage per NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Work is also to include the installation of doors between the parking garage and the U.S. Bank Capitol Plaza Building on the 2nd and 5th floors. The doors are through a 1-hr fire-resistive occupancy separation. A 1-hr fire-resistive elevator vestibule with protected openings is to be constructed on the 5th floor. On the first floor, the toll booth is to be expanded and the trash room enclosed by a 1-hr fire-resistive occupancy separation.
