PHASE-I: To refinish and alter the room layout of the 1577 sf area of the south west corner of the 1st floor, previously occupied by Thomas Walker, by removing approximatly 20lf of existing partition wall, rebuilding approximatly 62lf of wall into sound-demising wall, and building approximatly 12lf of new partition wall, then recarpeting and repairing areas of the suspended ceiling with light relocations as per attached plans and requirement list. A separate electrical and mechanical permit is required for this work. A new certificate of occupancy is required prior to occupying this space.
