Separate elec., mech., & plumbing permits are required. This building is over area as it exists & the use therof is by special considerations & specific conditions established by the Building Dept. Director, Tim Hogland & Fire Chief, Renn Ross and agreed to by Scott Beseman, the building permit applicant for "KED". A copy of the conditions & initialed approvals are attached to the approved plans & on file at Boise City Building & Fire Departments. Director. This building is over area. The Knock'em Dead Productions, Inc. proposed use for a portion of this building is being allowed by the Building Dept. Director & Fire Chief under these specific conditions. (1) Occupancy approval covers a 9 month season starting September 29, 1995 and ending the last day of June, 1996, (2) A maximum total of 70 shows with only one show on any given night, (3) A fire watch shall be provided (a minimum of two people) when the Dinner/Theater is open for business IF the unoccupied warehouse is being used for storage on the main floor and/or basement. The Fire Chief requires that the fire watch shall be provided by a bonded security company or two Fire Department employees, as noted in the Fire Dept. plan review attached to the plan. All work shall be done in accordance to the approved plans, notes on the plan and attached plan review comments from the Building & Fire Departments.
