To finish a 7,383 sq.ft. retail tenant space within an existing shell by building approximatly 115lf of interior partition wall and approximatly 72lf of tenant demising wall and 31lf of chain link fencing with a 6ft sliding gate to create a 738sf office/warehouse area, a 375sf area for restrooms, telephone/data and corridor area, and a 6352sf retail sales area, then installing a new suspended ceiling, exit signs, draft stop, flooring, finish, and doors as per directed by the approved attached plans and requirement list.
