GRAEBER & CO.: Fire sprinklers used for story increase. To prepare an existing tenant space (3,806 sq. ft.) for occupancy as a hair salon. This space is located on the 1st floor of a 5 story building. A separate demolition permit was issued earlier (BLD95-0732). Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and a new exit door into the existing 2-hr stair enclosure all per approved drawings and plan check notes on file. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-460-95 CJW
