To finish the interior of a 9,689 Square foot shell to be a shop / warehouse building with supporting office, waiting and reception areas as indicated on the approved plans and attached plan review correction sheet(s). Office /support areas 2519 sq. ft & shop / warehouse area 7299 sq. ft. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Separate permits required for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. PC381-95 drs (1991 UBC) This building has combustible liquids of 10 gallons of gasoline store in an approved can in a listed cabinet; 200 gal. of motor oil in dbl. wall storage tank; 400 gal. of hydraulic oil stored in a dbl. wall tank & a maximum of two tank of acytlene gas. A 4000 gal. diesel, above ground, dbl. wall storage tank is located at plus 25 feet from the building as shown on plan and H Occupancy Questionnaire completed and submitted by Hertz Equipment Rental Corp.
