To remove existing layers of gravel built-up roof system, to repair existing deck as needed, to raise existing roof vents to approx. 10" above the deck, repair existing center roof drain trough and drain at North end of building to remove water from roof. Repair roof drain pipes and overflows to satisfy original design or new per Sec. 3207(c). To roof 6100 s.f. with a "Class A" Genflex RM, 60 mil PVC, mechanically fastened single ply over 1/4" min.
