**PIONEER RECREATION CENTER** This building is not fire sprinkled. To add the Pioneer Recreation Center to an existing building. A permit for the Boise Neighborhood Police (BLD95-0931) was issued earlier. The demolition of the Wells-Fargo building is covered under permit MIS96-0377. When finished 1,451 sq. ft. will be occupied by the police and 1,676 sq. ft. occupied by the recreation center. The total floor area of the building will be 3,127 sq. ft. Work is to include exterior concrete footings and foundations, exterior wood walls (the East wall to be masonry), engineered roof trusses, upgrading the East wall to 1-hr fire-resistive construction with a parapet, interior beams and columns, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan check notes on file. Selective demolition at 1121 Miller is covered under this permit. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. See CU-156-92 and DR-84-93 for zoning information.
