To remodel the entrances to "Shadow Mountain Business Careers" & "Safari Corp Police Equipment" in preparation for other tenant space remodels, to be issued under separate permits. Also to remodel the main rest rooms for compliance with ADA. This will involve removing part of the masonry wall between the existing restrooms and the walkway & adding new walls to enlarge new entry access from the main walkway, per the structural engineers analysis & design.
