To remodel a (2513 SF) former dry cleaners to create a retail outlet for beverage and tobacco by revising wall between storage and retail areas to a full 1-hr occupancy separation with 1-hr doors, installing a new door and window and interior cedar wall finish for tobacco display room, remove existing sliding glass door to exterior and replace with new storefront glazing with tempered glass at least 18" up from floor, replace existing glazing in existing exit door and adjacent 24" from door jambs with new safety glazing, fill in existing passage ways through wall between sales and storage area with full one-hour wall similar to adjacent wall, install two new one-hour rated door assemblies in this wall, install new approach ramp and landing at sales exit door, then painting per approved plans on file and attached requirement list.
