Work to include removal on existing door and infilling area with materials alike adjacent wall, removing approximatly 5lf of existing wall, 3lf of existing 7" platform and rebuilding walls and door to new accessible rest room, install wash station fixtures, counter, flooring, carpeting, and paint, reverse swing of required exit doors, and installing a new exhaust fan in rear mechanical room as per approved plans and attached requirement list.
