To remove 400 square feet of existing roof covering down to existing insulation and install 4 squares of fully adhered "Class A" roofing in accordance with item #7, page 96, 1995 UL Roofing Systems Directory for "Carlisle Syntec Systems". To include gypsum board overlay of existing and new installation of polystyrene insulation used to achieve min. 1/4" per foot roof drainage and a "Carlisle Standard EPDM" .060 inch membrane covering. Installation to be as per the manufacture's listing & Appendix Chapter 11, 1994 UBC. drs
