To construct 1 accessible restroom on the east side for an existing tenant per approved plans on file by sawcutting the existing floor for access to plumbing and sewer, replacing new 6" concrete flooring as per adjacent existing, building approximatly 25lf of new interior partition wall, installing a new 3-0 x 6-8 door with lever hardware, installing new plumbing fixtures, mirror, lav, grab bars per CABO ANSI 117.1, lighting, exhaust fan, and new ceiling with water heater above, and remodeling the Fire Sprinklers as per NFPA #13.
