To remodel 2,400 sq.ft. of area on the west side of existing 2-hr. area separation wall to be used as welding shop (H-4) and occupy the remainder area as metal shop/fabricating. (The 7,200 sq.f. west side of 2-hr. area separation wall formerly occupied by Sawtooth Door with address of 1090 W. Amity Rd.). Work to include construction of 1-hr. occupancy separation between welding room and metal shop. NOTE - This building is fully fire sprinklered. (Former location of welding was in rear Building C - west side - which is now to be used for shipping and hardware insertion.)
