To demolish interior partitions in the east 3,007 sq.ft. of the 1st floor and remodel for 2 future tenants and main entry lobby per approved plans on file. Work to include constuction of a new rated corridor with 20 min doors, 45 minute glazing and glass blocks, the creation of two tenant office spaces with offices, reception areas, conference, storage, and work areas all with non-combustible construction. New interiors for the Restrooms meeting the requirements of the CABO/ANSI 117.1 and revision of the existing reflected ceiling.(A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY OF EACH TENANT SPACE).
