Work to include intallation of a raised floor in part of the area, installing a new door to the raised area with complying landings, ramp & components; alter suspended ceiling & fixtures per UBC Standard 25-2, alter fire sprinkler system per Ch. 9 UBC & NFPA #13 as regulated by the Fire Dept., expansion of retaining area at mezzanine and install components for environmental chambers from roof to 2nd floor.
